Complaints and enquiries

We take great care at Physics Capsule to ensure that our work does not cause harm to or offend anyone. When we use others’ work on our products we do our best to ensure that we do so either with explicit permission or under fair use rights, as allowed by the license protecting said work. And while publishing articles we aim to thoroughly fact-check and proofread to ensure no errors creep in.

That said, we are humans as much as you and some inadvertent mishap may have occurred on any of our products—none of which, we assure you, is intentional. We ask that you bring to our notice anything you come across in our products that you feel needs rectification. We look into complaints and acknowledge them within two working days.

Also let us know if you have questions or concerns about writings, podcast episodes, mathematical equations and more, if you spot errors or come across features that do not work as expected. Thank you for your time.
